HW2 is worth 15 points total.

6 points for correctly copying the hw2.txt file into your handin
directory.
1/2 off misspelled, etc. handin directory name and/or hw2.txt filename 

Problem 2 is worth 6 points.
2 points for first part that you get right, 1 point for 
each additional part that is correct.  No partial credit for
the parts - they are either right or wrong.

Problem 3 is worth 4 points.

the parts - they are either right or wrong.

- ALWAYS PUT YOUR NAME IN YOUR FILE
- "Handin" is not "handin"
- "hwk2.txt" is not "hw2.txt"
- "SHOW YOUR WORK" means "NO WORK, NO POINTS"
- 2e: It said you need 8 bits per letter, 24 bits total...
