HW9 Grading

Problem 1. 6 Points
4 points for at least one of multList, multDict correct.
-3 points for having loops that do something but not really close to being correct.

Problem 2. 6 Points
-2 if does not work for lists that have more than one negative in a row.
-4 some code, but no loop.

Problem 3.  3 Points
-1.5 not done correct, you did something related to making the second level, 
     but did not follow the directions very well and it doesn't work.
