HW3 grading guidelines.

20 points total (worth same as HW1, HW2 combined, FYI)

0/20 if you don't get it in on time or don't get the filenames correctly.

3 points for name, listing collaborators (or no for none), and correctly
getting the filename hw3.txt right and having it in the right place on CS.

3 points for getting Scratch filename correct and having it in the right 
place.

4 points for coming to see Jeff in his office.

Problem 3, 5 points.
-5 if no changes from the add.151asm file (if it is just copied).
-4 if all you did was change some of the numbers, and it doesn't do anything
   correct.

Problem 4, 5 points.
-3 if did not work with someone else.
-2 if no loop.
-2 if no conditionals.
-2 if not really doing anything (even though has loop and conditionals, they
   aren't doing anything useful or interesting).
-2 if did not answer my question in hw3.txt about how much each person did.
-5 at most.


Extra credit, +3 points at most.
I'd really like to give more, but I don't want people having HW grades so big
they don't need to do well on the tests.
