First program that is correct is worth 12 points, next is worth 6 points, then 6,
then 3, then 3.

If a program doesn't compile it is worth 0 points.  Each program will be graded as
full credit, 2/3 credit, 1/2, 1/3, or 0.

If you get #6 working correctly, it's extra credit worth +2.  I don't think anyone
will during the exam time.  If you work on it and get it working next week, I'll count
it as extra on the HW points.
