4 problems from quizA, put them as

  quizA1 - lab09_1
  quizA2 - lab09_2
  quizA3 - lab09_3
  quizA4 - lab09_4

  parts 3 and 4 - put \t before numbers, except not before first number on each line

  part 4 - loop over integers to figure out primes, then loop over powers for that prime.
           note - other way is to do sieve of Eratosthenes.

in ~/HW/lab09

1.5 points each.
