Problem 1, 5 points.

Problem 2, 5 points.
1pt for 1, 2.
1pt for 3, 4.
1pt each for 5, 6, 7.
For each one, full point requires correct answer and good justification,
              3/4 point if on right track but minor issues,
              1/2 point if somewhat on the right track.

Problem 3, 5 Points.
-1 or more if not a randomized algorithm.
-.5 or more for not citing where you got your information.
