ECT 130 - needs to be offered every semester, if it is the first course in the major.

ECT 438 - do we want current CS majors to take this for HIP?

CS minor, CS teaching minor, CS certificate - CS 101 or ECT 130

Courses with 1 credit lab - get rid of the lab?

4 credit courses (201, 203, 302) - keep them 4 credit or change back to 3?
