* Assignment h0 is due tonight at 11:59PM. If you are having trouble with 
  logging in, or anything else, please contact me ASAP and I can hopefully help 
  straighten things out.

* Assignment h1 is now up, details are available under Homework in the left 
  sidebar. This assignment will give you practice on the UNIX commands. This 
  will be due on August 31 at 11:59 PM EDT.

* Section 301 Students (the online-only section) need to check-in with me at 
  least once a week, details on how to do that are linked on the front page of 
  the class website. 

* The next Open Office Hour meeting will take place on August 26 at 7PM EDT, as 
  of now, the topic is TBD (possibly a very early look at C Programming), but 
  you can come in and ask questions, or do your weekly check-in, (if youre in 
  the online-only section)

* Dr. Sternfeld's section will have a quiz this Thursday during the last 15 
  minutes of class. (EDIT: Aug 24 @9:17PM, the quiz will be delayed to next week) 

* Online Students should expect their first quiz to be available by the end of 
  this week. It will be on Blackboard, and it will be timed. It will be open 
  book, open note, open internet, but the time limit will be set so that you 
  will not finish if you don't actually study. You will be given at least a 
  few days to complete the quiz. (EDIT: Aug 24 @9:17PM, This section's quiz will be 
  delayed to sometime next week)

* You can access Dr Sternfeld's recorded lectures as well as the recordings from
  my Open Office Hours by going to this course's page on Blackboard, then on the 
  left sidebar, click on "Zoom Meetings", and then click on the "Cloud 
  Recordings" tab to access the recordings. I strongly reccommend that the 
  online-only section  watch these lectures, as it will be an excellent way of 
  keeping up with the class.
