Quiz is in blackboard... Quiz over doing sockets in C. There is matching and multiple choice over all of the C functions that I have used in my solutions. For each you should know what the function does, what the parameters are (and what they mean), and what the return value is (and what it means) when the function succeeds or fails. You should also be able to produce correct C code for client and server programs. Note that the correct answers for the descriptions and return values are taken straight from the man pages. The quiz is open book, open internet, etc. As usual, you should not discuss with anyone or communicate with anyone about it until I give the all clear. The quiz is set so that you can take it any time before Dec 7 anywhere on earth (so, 8am Dec 8). The quiz is set so that you can take it twice, and the higher score will count. So you can study a bit and take it the first time to see what the questions are, make notes of which questions are being asked that you didn't know. Then take study more and only take it the second time when you are ready. I will only grade the "essay" questions on whichever attempt has a higher score. You will have 50 minutes, and the length is set so that you won't finish if you have to look up all of the answers. So you do need to study. Good luck!
