Theory, Algorithms, Combinatorics

The following are faculty who are active in research in theory, algorithms, and combinatorics: Arash Rafiey, Geoff Exoo, and Jeff Kinne. Recent results have come in the areas of: graph algorithms, optimization, extremal graph theory, structural graph theory, structural complexity, derandomization, and circuit lower bounds.

Bioinformatics

The following are faculty who are active in research in bioinformatics: Jeff Kinne, and Arash Rafiey. Recent results have come in the areas of: next-gen sequence processing and analysis, and biological optimization.
